The Munch Box exists because of your love, your sacrifice, and your unshakable belief in me—even when I was struggling to believe in myself.
Over the years, I’ve thrown myself into one venture after another. Some took off. Others didn’t. But no matter what the outcome, you never hesitated to support me. You’ve shown up every single time—with open minds, helping hands, and the kind of quiet strength that holds everything together when the world feels like it’s falling apart.
Since July 3, 2023, life has tested me in ways I couldn’t have imagined. These last couple of years have been the most brutal, humbling, and clarifying of my life. I’ve been knocked down, torn apart, and left questioning everything I thought I knew. But in that fire, I found something I hadn’t seen clearly before—who I really am. And through it all, you never let me lose that person.
You didn’t just support me; you carried me. You gave me space to fall apart, and then helped me rebuild—piece by piece—with patience, with grace, and with love.
This food truck isn’t just a new chapter. It’s my Phoenix moment—the rising from everything that tried to burn me down. It’s a second chance at doing what I love, the way I want to do it. But I didn’t rise alone. I rose because of you.
The values you gave me—integrity, resilience, loyalty, hard work—they’re baked into every part of this business. Every dish I serve, every connection I make, every event I show up for—those moments are built on the foundation you helped lay.
So thank you—for being steady when everything else shook, for standing with me when it would’ve been easier to walk away, and for reminding me of who I am when I needed it most.
