Welcome to jdvelite.com, the official website of JDV Elite Hospitality, doing business as “The Munch Box – Curbside & Catering” (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Use of the Website

By using this site, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You may not use this website to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
 

Services and Booking

We offer catering and food trailer services for private parties, festivals, pop-ups, and corporate events. All bookings are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until both parties agree in writing (via email or signed agreement). A deposit is typically required to secure a date. Custom menus, service times, and location requirements will be finalized during the booking process.
 

Payments and Cancellations

Deposits and Payments:
 

• A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total estimated cost is due upon booking to secure your date.
   
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• For bookings made within 14 days of the event, full payment is required upfront.
   

Cancellations and Refunds:

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy aims to balance your flexibility with our need to reserve the date and resources.

• Cancellations made 21 or more days in advance: Full refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
   
• Cancellations made 8 to 20 days in advance: 50% refund of the remaining balance beyond the deposit, unless we are able to rebook the date with comparable revenue.
   
• Cancellations made within 7 days: No refund of any amount unless we can successfully rebook the cancelled date with comparable income. If rebooked, a partial or full refund will be issued based on the replacement booking amount.
   

If The Munch Box is able to secure suitable alternative income on the cancelled date, we will refund the difference, less any unrecoverable costs (such as food already purchased, staffing commitments, or special orders).

All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide a suitable location with legal permission for food truck operation (including space, access, and any required permits). You must also confirm any site-specific requirements or limitations (such as electrical hookups or parking access).
Failure to provide a viable location or access on the event day may be treated as a last-minute cancellation.
 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and design elements, is the property of JDV Elite Hospitality unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.
 

Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable step to deliver a reliable and quality experience, we are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, illness, or local regulations.
In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or issue a refund if we are unable to fulfill the engagement.

This website may include links to external websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites.
